VENIVIDIMULTIPLEX was asked to design a permanent artwork that freshly connects the two sides of railway station Almere Buiten.
Lichtlucht | Concept
Look up and you will see Lightsky: a work of art that takes the outside air to Almere Buiten station. It connects the two neighbourhoord in one grand gesture and illuminates the entire underpass of the station. Lichtlucht is a dynamic light artwork, inspired and powered by nature.
Lichtlucht | Result
The outside air flows in through smart programs. From clear blue skies with white clouds to deep sunsets and starry skies.This makes every visit to the station a unique experience.
